We Are a Cash-Only Practice

To provide you with the most focused and personalized care possible, we operate as a cash-only practice. This means we do not bill insurance companies directly, and payments are made by you at the time of your visit.

Insurance Reimbursement

Understanding Your Superbill

After each visit, you will receive an invoice and a "superbill" — a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that may cover a portion of your care. While we cannot guarantee reimbursement, we're happy to provide all the documentation you need.

Your Superbill Includes:

  • Date and duration of service
  • Diagnosis codes (ICD-10)
  • Procedure codes (CPT)
  • Provider credentials and NPI
  • Amount paid for services
